Why Senator Cyril Fasuyi should be stoned to death?

Why Senator Cyril Fasuyi should be stoned to death?

I am not evil far away from that

But sometimes I am moved to do evil just because of the conduct of some people

However, as we have good men who occupied some post of responsibility, we also have awesomely terrible people who are placed in positions of influence

Hence, I always wish that those who are in places of influence but bad should be stoned to death

And I am placing  Senator Cyril Fasuyi before your conscience whether he deserves to be praised or stoned

What has he done?

Read!

In today's challenging times, it's heartening to see political leaders like Senator Cyril Fasuyi who prioritize education and understand the importance of encouraging academic excellence. Senator Fasuyi, representing the Ekiti North Senatorial District, has taken a remarkable step by recognizing and rewarding the achievements of the best-graduating students in his district.

This morning, after reading a post on my Facebook about an Ekiti boy Olabode Ojo Johnson, who scored a 5.00 CGPA at the University of Lagos being the best graduating MSc student of Metallurgy and Materials who hails from Asun Ekiti State and having also read about another Ekiti graduate student, Ojo- Lanre Oreofe Anthonia, who scored CGPA 4.86 Mass Communication, Dominion University,

He is leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of the recipients and their families.

Senator Cyril Fasuyi's initiative to award a sum of 250k each to the two best-graduating students from his district demonstrates his commitment to fostering a culture of excellence in education.

By acknowledging and encouraging the hard work, dedication, and talent of these outstanding students, Senator Fasuyi not only motivates them to continue their academic journey but also inspires other students to strive for greatness.

Education is a fundamental pillar for the growth and development of any society. Senator Fasuyi's financial contribution not only acts as a reward for deserving students but also serves as an investment in the future development of the Ekiti North Senatorial District. By supporting and nurturing the next generation of leaders, Senator Fasuyi demonstrates his dedication to creating an empowered and educated community.

Senator Fasuyi's gesture goes beyond a monetary reward, as it sends a powerful message to the entire district.

By publicly recognizing the best students, he instills a sense of pride and motivation in the students, encouraging them to strive for academic excellence. It also inspires other students to work harder and aim for similar achievements, fostering healthy competition and a drive for improvement among the youth.

Senator Fasuyi is building trust and confidence in people as

effective representation entails more than just political rhetoric. Senator Fasuyi's act of generosity shows his commitment to the well-being and educational development of the students in his district. By fulfilling his promise and investing in the education sector, he builds trust and confidence among the constituents, as they witness his genuine efforts to prioritize their interests and needs.

To me, Senator Cyril Fasuyi's decision to reward the best-graduating students from the Ekiti North Senatorial District with a sum of 250k each exemplifies responsible representation and his dedication to encouraging academic excellence.

By recognizing the achievements of these students, Senator Fasuyi not only motivates them to continue their educational journey but also inspires other students to aspire to greatness. His actions portray a true leader who understands the value of investing in education and fostering a community where academic accomplishments are celebrated and nurtured.

My brother does this responsible and responsive Senator deserve a stone or a haul of commendations,?

Shame unto Tourism Minister Lola Ade John.

Shame unto Lola Ade - John

Hon Tourism Minister?

What?

Shame?

No

Instead

I praise the God almighty.on her behalf

And on behalf of all good-hearted tourism practitioners in Nigeria who prayed for the wellness of this hard-working lady who was struck by an illness at the time of her glory

For me, it is a time for dancing and celebration

That instead of God to put a shame on this lady, God wired thunderous hail of shame unto those who wished her dead.

congratulations,!

Lola Ade John

First Minister Federal Ministry of Tourism

They wished you dead

But God is on your side.

At your back

They gathered some unscrupulous and optional illiterates together in Abuja

Some old doldrums pantaloons

Who were carrots and induced with cheap dollars

To canvass the merging of the newly created stand-alone Ministry of Tourism with the newly created Ministry of Arts, Culture and Creative Economy

Some misplaced personalities

Those who do not understand the calling of their appointments

Foolish people

They insulted the President

Telling President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that he was stupid to have created a brand new Ministry of Tourism.

They thought you would die

But God shamed them all

Your survival of the sickness

Is a testimony that you have something to offer the Tourism Sector

What you need now is a journey into self-induced circumspection.

Those you think love you

Those of us you erroneously believed hate you

Those who prayed for you while.awake

Those you appointed and deserted you

Those who rejoice at your medical tribulation

Those who offered a prayer for you.

Think!

Never allow these and others to demoralize you

But serve as a lesson in the behavioral patterns of human beings

Welcome back my sister

I know you have a lot to offer

I know you will put a shame to those of us who believe no good can come from your Sodom

Welcome back to beat

I used this opportunity to invite you to Ekiti State

The Paragon of Tourism

To visit Ekiti.

And spend a recuperating weekend at the Ikogosi Warm and Cold Springs

The only one in the whole world.

Refresh at Arinta Waterfall, Ipole - Iloro Ekiti

See the best wonders of the Rocks at Abanijorin Rock - which harbors an amphitheater that can contain 240 people, seven caves, and an understock tunnel.

You can say your prayers and pray against your enemies at the sacred Mountains in Ido,- Ile where prayers are automatically answered by God, or visit Prophet Hezekiah in Erio Ekiti. where almost all those who matter in Nigeria get blessed.

And if you are a Catholic, I will personally take you to Usi Ekiti. where the first Catholic Mass was held in the old Ondo and Kwara State.

Don't worry Governor Biodun Oyebanji and his responsible wife will host you for 24hrs of pounded yam at Oke Ayoba as he did for Mama Nike Monica Okundaye, CEO of Nike. Arts Gallery Prince Yemisi Shyllon and others who just left Ekiti State.

And for me, I would offer sacrifice at the place where three paths meet to Olodumare to keep you shining and productive excellently in the presence of your enemies

Greater you in Jesus' name.

Read how moin - moin elemin meje was celebrated in Frankfurt - MICE 2015!

IMEX, Frankfurt - MICE 2015! Ojo-Lanre was the only Nigerian tourism reporter in attendance.where Moin Moin Elemi Meje was branded in Frankfurt.

Ojo Lanre, the only Nigeria tourism journalist in IMEX 2015 for MICE,  Meeting, Incentives, Conference and Events  where Moin Moin Elemi Meje was branded in Frankfurt

I decided to take an adventure into another subsector of tourism in 2015 when some of us were being carried by personality tourism in Nigeria

I decided to attend IMEX Frankfurt, the leading tourism show that specializes in projecting and promoting Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events, MICE.

Any country that honestly desires to reap bountifully from tourism quickly and phenomenally must embrace MICE

MICE drags thousands and millions of people all over the world to any particular venue.

Thousands of events, meetings, and conferences are staged all over the world which uproot attendees from their different domiciles to venues of events.

Thus in 2015, I gathered logistics and headed for Frankfurt in Germany where I found out that I was the only tourism reporter from Nigeria.

Also, Calabar Convention and Conference Centre was the only Nigeria company that exhibited at IMEX 2015.

To my surprise at the Press Conference called by the Calabar convention and conference Centre, Moin Moin Elemimeje was used as the cache!

And do you know what, it was a Kenyan PR staff of the Calabar Convention Centre who was on the podium marketing and selling Moin Moin Elemi me to the world

During the question and answer session, I stood up to further eulogize the virtues of Moin Moin Elemi Meje to the delight of the Kenya-born PR staff of Calabar Convention Centre and hundreds of journalists who signed an expression of interest of not only visiting Calabar Convention Centre but to come purposely and taste Moin Moin Elemi Meje

Ekiti hoteliers demand better engagement from Oyebanji, advocating Fair Treatment, Tax Harmonization

Ekiti hoteliers demand better engagement from Oyebanji, advocating Fair Treatment,  Tax Harmonization

Members of the Ekiti State Hoteliers Association have demanded better and more friendly engagement from Governor Biodun Oyebanji

The hoteliers expressed their unhappiness over what they described as the consistent failure of governments for not recognizing the contribution of the association and its members to the growth, development, and economic viability of Ekiti State.

The Chairman of the Association, High Chief MA Osaloni Esq, CEO , K&D Hotel, Ado Ekiti expressed this anxiety of his members  during a

a courtesy visit to the Director-General of the Bureau of Tourism Development, Ambassador Wale Ojo Lanre Esq at the Governor's Office, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State

In his words, Chief Osaloni said ' Give it to Governor Biodun Oyebanji, he has been exceptional in vision articulation, policy direction, welfarist consideration, pro masses, and pro-poor programs but he has like his predecessor neglected our members and relegated us into the background in the schemes of things and we have been unfairly treated in equitable distribution and application of dividends of his government '

At the meeting, Chief Osaloni pointed out that " this association is the second largest private employer  of labor in the state having over 460 hotels with an average of 10 workers each rescuing approximately  4600 people off the concrete jungle of unemployment '

Barrister Osaloni said " Hotels and Hoteliers are closer to the people. We are the political warehouse of the state. We entertain, accommodate, and know who and what will happen in the political process and system and I don't think we should be relegated in the scheme of things or turn into beasts of burden without making us comfortable to carry the burden with easiness,'

He pointed out that the Association is the second-highest taxpayers group in the state, hence it deserves due recognition, fair treatment, and consideration during the distribution of palliatives and other largesse by the government

One of the major grievances raised by the hoteliers was the issue of multiple taxation, which they believe hampers their ability to thrive in the business environment. With over 460 hotels across the state, they emphasized their desire to contribute to the state's development but requested that the taxes be harmonized for a more transparent and sustainable system.

Chief Osaloni said ' We are responsible members of the state. We know where the shoe pinches our state. We know that nothing tangible could be achieved without an effective tax regime. We know that taxes have to be paid. We are ready to pay taxes and other levies. But we are being oppressed by multivarious taxes from multifarious organizations. We are appealing to the government for the harmonization of these taxes. We are ready  to fulfill our civic duties by paying taxes, provided there is a fair and harmonized tax structure that aligns with our businesses'

On a positive note, the association commended Governor Biodun Oyebanji for the notable improvements in security and infrastructural development within the state.

In his response,  Ambassador Wale Ojo Lanre thanked the Association for expressing its anxiety which he described as a misconception but which nevertheless would be looked into

He assured the Association that Governor Biodun Oyebanji is working assiduously for the association to grow, buoyant, thrive, and blossom.

Amb Ojo-Lanre said  ' Great hoteliers, you should be happy with Governor Biodun Oyebanji because he is working for your sector not only for you to make more money but also expand your business and  this is one of the reasons why he created the Bureau of Tourism Development charged with a specific mandate to enable MICE - Meetings, Incentives, Exhibitions and Events to grow in Ekiti '

Amb Ojo- Lanre revealed  ' The Governor has given us moral encouragement to lure over 300000 visitors to Ekiti State in 2024 via MICE. And if this could be achieved that would be an era of buoyancy for your association.  For these people would be your guests and utilize your facilities '

He pointed out that the positive strides being made by the government via the improvement of the road networks,   putting at bay the security challenges, the inauguration of the Independent Power Project, IPP,  the ongoing effort at making the Cargo Airport serviceable, the inauguration of the Ado Ekiti Ring Road. All are initiatives aimed at drawing investors and visitors to the state which will eventually be rubbed off on your business and the tourism sector in general '

Amb Ojo-Lanre said ' Let me  assure you that the tourism vision and policy of Governor Oyebanji will change the hospitality paradigm positively where the hoteliers will be happy, the tourism stakeholders will be buoyant and government internally sourced revenue will soar"

He said " Let me assure you also that all your concerns and anxiety will be properly conveyed to Governor Oyebanji and you know him, he would act accordingly for the mutual benefit of all h
