Ekiti's Deaf Association visits BUREAU OF TOURISM DEVELOPMENT

The Deaf Association of Nigeria, Ekiti State Chapter, paid a courtesy visit to the Director-General of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development ,Amb Wale Ojo- Lanre .
The delegation included Mr. Omotola Olatunla, the Southwest Art ,Culture and Tourism ,Chairman of the Association; Mr. Williams Isiaka, the Ekiti State Chairman of the Association; Mr. Bello Adam, the Ekiti State Youth Leader of the Association; and Ms. Adeleke Hameedat, interpreter.
Mr. Olatunla expressed his delight in meeting the DG, mentioning his appreciation for the DG's efforts towards tourism development in Ekiti State, as showcased in his various interviews and acts.
He also informed the DG about an upcoming Culture Art and Tourism festival for the deaf scheduled from July 29th to August 3rd in Ekiti State.
He requested the support of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development throughout the event. Additionally, Mr. Olatunla expressed the Association's desire to visit Ikogosi Warm Spring and Arinta Waterfall during the program, urging the DG to facilitate accessibility to these places.
Ambassador Bar. Wale Ojo-Lanre, the DG of Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development, expressed appreciation for the visit and assured the delegation of his support.
He requested an official letter detailing the delegation's request, including the total number of guests.He pledged to provide all necessary assistance for the success of the program. The DG also advised the delegation to meet with the Ekiti State Commissioner for Art , Culture and Creative Economy , Prof Rasaki Ojo Bakare.
He assured the representatives of the Ekiti State Deaf Association that his office is open to them at any time. The meeting concluded with a group photograph.
